Refund and cancellation

Scope

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and ongoing plan reviews offered by LogicDock Business Planning Co., Ltd. (TIN 0105213865152).

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee for that session, or reschedule at no extra charge (your choice).
• Within 48 hours: we may retain up to 50% of the session fee to cover reserved time; the remainder is refunded or credited to a rescheduled date within 60 days.
• No-show without notice: the session fee is non-refundable.

Proposed timeframes — confirm with us before paying if you need different terms.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

After work has started

If you end an engagement after deliverables have been prepared, fees for completed work and documented hours are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance for future sessions is refunded within 14 business days.

How to request a refund

Email info@logicdock.digital or call +66-2-235-6841 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days unless banking rules require longer.

Deposits

Deposits to hold a calendar slot are refundable under the same notice windows above.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law.
